Proportional Valves

The proportional solenoid valve is different from the regular solenoid valve in that the latter only has the on and off position. In other words, the common solenoid valve can only open and close the passage completely. It controls the start and stop of a flow. On the contrary, the proportional valve, as its name suggests, can partially open the passage. To cause the partial movement of the plunger, the solenoid coil is fed with variable voltage. This way, the proportional solenoid valve gets to control the flow rate of the fluid that passes through the valve. Using the proportional solenoid valve is advantageous to the settings that require precise control of the output pressure or fluid flow rate. The customization of the proportional valve is available on demand. Feel free to contact us if you need more information on our products.
